Admissions Procedure
入校の流れ
At this time, we do not sponsor Student Visa's for those seeking to study in Japan!
Please make sure you have or can get an appropriate VISA to enter Japan. Also, please note that, should we have to send you documents for your VISA, we charge a 3000JPY Mailing Fee.

For those requiring a visa
Contact the local Japanese Embassy and ask about what documents are required.
Payment of tuition fees
Bank Transfer: 50% of tuition is required upfront
WAHAHA will provide Letter of Acceptance and other documents as required.
These can be sent via email, postal mail, or both, as needed.
Pick up your visa at your local Japanese embassy.

Arrival at WAHAHA
Your first-day schedule will be sent in advance by email. Please notify WAHAHA of your arrival time in Fukuoka.
For those not requiring a visa (90-Day Visa Waiver Program)
Payment of tuition
Please choose one of the following payment options. Full payment due 2 weeks before your course starts.
PayPal: A 5% handling fee applies.
Bank Transfer: A 4000 JPY handling fee applies.
